‘Spark Of Life’ Toy Drive To Launch On North Elm Drive Beverly Hills-based Victorino Noval Foundation is sponsoring the “Spark of Love” 2010 Toy Drive in partnership with the Children's Trust Fund.

The goal is to collect toys for needy L.A. foster care children beginning on Wednesday, Dec. 15 (through Dec. 24) with a toy donation box being manned by volunteers daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p. m. at 517 N. Elm Dr.

This annual gift of giving during the holiday season was started by social workers who on limited incomes saw firsthand the needs of children in foster care.

Tax deductible donations may be made to the Children & Family Services Trust Fund, 501 Shatto Pl. #205, Los Angeles CA 90020.
